The experience that Prado Apartments offers is a home-like one, free of interruptions. We respect your privacy, which is why we do not provide traditional Do Not Disturb signs. We reserve the right of access to the guest unit for security, safety and maintenance.
Emergency Procedures
The most important part of our safety program is making sure that you know what to do in the event of an emergency. When you arrive, please take a moment to look for the emergency exits on your floor. Stairs are located at the middle section of every hallway on every floor. Pull Station alarms are also located on each floor. In the event of an emergency, please pull the alarm nearest the problem.

We are happy to provide a smoke-free environment. Smoking in the property or in the apartment is not allowed. A $250 unit recovery fee per incident will we charged for smoking inside your unit and applied to your guest folio.
